I think my favorite holiday is actually Thanksgiving. Just because I love stuffing my face full of food, spending time with family, and I enjoy constructing large charcuterie tables.
Every year, I create a large charcuterie table for Thanksgiving at my grandparents’ house (which is where I always visit for Thanksgiving). This year, I included a few kinds of caviar served with crème fraîche and crackers as well as blinis, honeycomb, a massive amount of cheese, several gourmet meats, and various pâtés. As well as the obvious stuff like olives and pickles and fresh veggies.
